Where do you ship to? 

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Portugal The Netherlands, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. If you would like your order shipped to a country that we haven't listed above, please send us a message and we'll provide a quote. Please be aware that for international deliveries buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
We will ship orders to a parcel forwarding company based in the UK, however we are not responsible for the parcel once it has been delivered to the forwarding company. 

What is your current turnaround time?

If you require an item sooner that the turnaround time shown below, please get in contact with us before placing an order and we will let you know what we can do. Please note that at busy times of year such as Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter etc we are unlikely to be able to express any orders.

Turnaround times - effective for orders placed from 23rd February 2022.

Home Decor & Accessories (not listed below) - up to 30 days turnaround time.

Prints - ship within 2 working days.

Mugs - ship within 10 working days directly from our printer.

Food Boards - up to 30 days

Watch Straps - up to 30 days

Orders containing items from more than one of the above categories will default to the longest turnaround time as we ship all items together (excluding mugs which ship direct from our printer).

How will I know my order is on it's way?

As soon as your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping notification email confirming that a little piece of magic is now heading to your door. 

The shipping method will vary based upon the items ordered. All items, other than our prints, are sent using either a fully tracked or signed for service. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time please do get in touch so that we can look into this right away. 

Do you accept returns or refunds? 

We take great care to ensure all items are packed appropriately to avoid any damage in transit. Please do let us know if an item arrives damaged and we'll work with you to resolve this right away.

All of the wood that we use is FSC certified, promoting responsible forest management. Like us, each piece of wood has its own characteristics... a different grain and different knots. This means every piece is individual and crafted with love and care specifically for you.
